Head Over Heels Dance Showcases

The HOH Team will sporadically host pole dance fitness showcases in Raleigh, NC during the competition "off season". Our showcases are open to women of all skill levels, professions, ages, shapes & sizes.
​
Dancers selected to participate in one of our showcases typically will be asked to submit a short 2-3 minutes telling us THEIR inspiring pole story and showing us their unique, one-of-a-kind dance style. In our showcases, we want to highlight the creativeness & variety of poel dance fitness and encourage ladies to be as creative as possible when applying & planning for our show!

The Head Over Heels Amateur Competition
​
The HOH Team has created the East Coast's most unique competition - one which is reserved for pole students only! That's right - pole dance instructors, "pole-fessionals" or professional-level competitors are not permitted to compete in our events.
​
HOH Competitions were designed this way to provide a unqiue opportunity for the "average" pole student to get up on stage and compete in a contest at their skill level. We know how tough it is to break into the competive world of pole dancing and HOH Competitions are the perfect way to get your feet wet! Even more, competitors are selected through a random lottery process which means everyone has an equal chance to participate. We know you have a unique, inspiring story to tell and can't wait for you to have your moment in the spotlight!

About Head Over Heels
​Debuting in March 2011, the Head Over Heels project has taken North Carolina by storm with our events full of artistry, athleticism, laughs and retail therapy. The Head Over Heels mission is simple - to Entertain, Inspire and Empower women with pole dance fitness through pole dance showcases & amateur pole fitness competitions, often partnered with mini-shopping expos featuring local businesses. Head Over Heels pole performances feature a variety of dance styles, stories, gravity-defying feats in which we demonstrate the strenght, beauty & athleticism of pole dance fitness. These ladies are ready to show you just how fun, exciting and awe-inspiring this fabulous form of dance acrobatics can be!

Troupe members include Dakota Fox, Bonnize Cozmo, Amber Mulder and Aurora Davis... all of whom are experienced pole dance instructors in North Carolina and seasoned performers.
